Civerinos brings a new chapter with Browns of Leith and a menu dedicated to New Haven–style pizza. Expect long-fermented dough, a thin, blistered crust, and that signature smoky char, simple, confident, quality-led cooking rooted in craft and care. Set within one of Leith’s most historic social spaces, this new opening blends Civerinos’ relaxed, come-as-you-are approach with Browns’ sense of neighbourhood heritage, a place made for gatherings, good times, and pizza done properly.
