Well… we flipped it.

Meet Woven x Civerinos Hot Honey Whisky – a Scotch whisky inspired by the sweet, spicy magic of our famous hot honey.

Made by our pals at Woven Whisky, this small-batch release brings together blossom honey, guajillo chilli and green jalapeño for a whisky that’s smooth, warming and has just the right amount of heat. It’s sweet. It’s spicy. It’s got a wee kick. Basically, it tastes exactly how you’d imagine a Civs whisky should taste.

This isn’t just our logo stuck on a bottle, it’s a proper Edinburgh collaboration between two independent Scottish businesses who care about making things with loads of flavour.

Pour it over ice. Mix it into a cocktail. Pair it with a pepperoni pizza. Drizzle it on dessert (you do you).
